This is what was happening during the cooking process. 

These pictures are all kind of backwards, well maybe it would be more right if you went from bottom to top… anyway.  I really wanted to make this “Red Thai Duck Curry” that I found on the Pioneer woman’s Site, but I didn’t know where I was going to find duck, so I used chicken.  Overall the dish wasn’t as good as I wanted it to be, I am wondering if I put too much ketchup.  It was good, I’m just not sure if it was worth all the ingredients I had to specially buy.
Because it was so much work, I did want to document it for you.  🙂
